Fury, an up-and-coming boxer and brother of boxing world champion Tyson, entered the villa on day two of the show as a bombshell alongside Curtis Pritchard. Hague entered a few days later as the first female bombshell, where she got to choose Islanders to join her in the hot tub for a date. And yes, Fury was among the potential suitors.
They soon coupled up and had a relatively stress-free journey. Their strength was rocked a little when Maura Higgins entered the villa and took a liking to Fury, but he remained loyal (and Hague and Higgins have since become firm friends). During the tumultuous Casa Amor week, Hague was worried he might find a new connection, but both returned to each other. (Fury even brought Hague’s beloved toy elephant, Elly Belly.)
They made things official in the villa when Fury asked Hague to be his girlfriend on the terrace and the two were tipped to win the series. However, the couple were runners-up to Amber Gill and Greg O’Shea (who split just weeks after winning the series). Despite not getting the crown, Hague and Fury were the series’ standout couple.
